Bio:
My clinical work is focused on deconstructing oppression in clinical spaces, building on my MSc research on trauma and violence-informed care. I have a diploma in somatic therapy and have an interest in addressing chronic stress. I’ve done research and advocacy on addressing poverty and oppression in healthcare. Newly moved from Strathcona/Vancouver, BC to traditional unceded territories of the K’omoks nation (Comox, BC). Also I co-founded a non-profit, Basics for Health to build a collective to address SDOH in BC.
