I am a values-driven and passionate people-leader, with a strong commitment to inclusion, social justice, and health equity. I have worked extensively in the health, settlement and social services sectors, supporting implementation and quality improvement at the organizational, community and systems level. I have supported a wide-range of organizations in the mental health and addiction system to champion equitable solutions to complex system challenges and am deeply committed to driving change that centres the needs of those most made marginal by the system. I strive to foster a work place culture that prioritizes well-being, joy, creativity, learning, autonomy, psychological safety and excellence.
